fax problem on 183f

I have a 183 that can recieve but cannot send, I also got a error 0094 machine still operates need help.

check your market area. should be set to us. power glitch changed one on us.

checked on setting set on usa still will not recieve hooked up another fax everything workingon replacement fax, what do you think fax board or something else I can try first.

183f fax problem I wrote it would not recieve I ment it wont send.

Either is the setting problem or try changing a fax card(NIC card)
