    Hi

    In c451 error code c0206 Tray 3 paper lift up failure.when i keep few papers in tray its lifting up,but if we keep more papers in the tray motor trys to lift up half the way and its stops and shows error code c0206.I tried to interchange the lift up motor of the 4th tray and still the same.Please advice.

              Is the motor on the draw or in the back of the machine?
