    bizhub 600/750 burned corona grids

    Anyone else getting the corona grids burned with an appearance like whiteout was applied right below the corona wire? I'm getting this with grids well bellow the 250k PM cycle.

    Any clues?

    EDIT: My mistake, the white mark is not directly below the corona wire - since it sits right in the middle of the grid, it sits at the point in between the wires.

      I have seen once or twice, setting powder from the drum getting into the corona unit. Admittedly after being a little enthusiastic with it when servicing :-)
