    BH-60/750 pulling DV

Hi everybody. Got a 600 pulling a little bit of DV with each copy or print. Goes through transfer/transport unit & down into duplex, making double sided Z-fold & misalign in the stapling. Could it be DV bias or any of the drum charges, like transfer AC ? If so, what should the drum charges values be ? I set DV bias at 184 to 204.
    Would appreciate any help. Tnx.

As far as the adjustments... are the default values listed if you print the adjustments list ?? (don't have one, only mgmt list handy)

I would take them back to original value if possible.

Need to know bit of history. How many clicks on copier. How many copies has the drum and dev achieved. Is transsep in good order. Little plastic/nylon spacers on top edges of transsep guide plate. Has the charge grid been cleaned, etc. Always a good idea to put settings back to factory settings. On the back end of the drum there is a voltage figure stamped, usualy around the 700 to 720 mark. Has the copier been set up to this value. Are you using KonicaMinolta toner and dev, etc, etc.

Is it only on the front side of the copies? Big pile in f. of t/s corona out to the exit tray?

You will need to replace the drum/developer and possibly the t/s/unit. Clean everything and set the machine up by the book. Also check your fuser rollers, they may have been damaged as the dev passed through the fuser

I have had this problem a lot on these machines. It is almost always a dirty charge grid causing it. Try cleaning the grid, if that doesn't work replace it.
                Hope this helps
