What do you mean by rotate the cam clockwise? We even try the complete TBU in another machine and it worked OK.

if error code appear shortly after power ON, it Failed HV/2. Reseat CN736 on the PRCB and CN737, CN738 and CN739 on HV/2. or Replace HV/2 (p/n A03U M404 00) as necessary.
