Hi, i've got j32-01 when i want to print face up or in duplex.
When print in face down mode there is no jam. Unfortunetly 180 g/m2 or higher can print only in face up mode.


I've changed section 12A, exit rollers, and exit sensors in ADU - but it won't help anything ;/

Any ideas?

I have the same experience for that kind of jam code on C6500. I just overhauled and cleaned the gears and bearings of the Fusing drive soak in a Kerosene and Viola! the error code is not happen again.
