Bizhub 200 rotating small sized originals placed on glass.

I have a customer who copies a lot of small originals off the platen glass on their Biz 200.
When they place small originals on the glass in the portrait direction, the copy is coming out with the originals rotated to the landscape direction.
Is there a way around this? or is there a way to make the machine default to tray 1 as soon as the DF is raised for platen copying?
