Hello i have a message on the display that says close section properly. I have been having problems with the actual paper lift motor and i think one of the sensor are bad? Is there a way to disable the tray and make the machine operational?

Is the B360 comes with any finisher? If yes, try disable the finisher and see whether the sign goes off. -

Im sorry it does actually have a finisher but its the built in one not the floor model one. It has a stapler etc. So how would one disable that?Comment

That is the message you get if the little thin door on the side of the machine is open. It uses a PS to determine when closed.Comment
