    [Misc] excel sheet

    I just installed a c280. It has a fax kit. The customer has an excel spreadsheet of the addresses they use for group faxing. Is there any way of exporting those addresses into the unit. I know when backed it is a .csv file does it need to be converted to .csv? Any help would be appreciated?

    There are two ways you could do this.

    1. Export the address list from the machine (must have at least one address to start with) and then copy and paste your addresses into the spreadsheet from the copier. Once finished, Import the new address list back to the machine and there you have it.

    2. Download, install and use PageScope Data Administrator (free from Konica Minolta website). This will also allow you to manipulate other data such as department codes, address books and so forth.
    Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
