    C552 Pink Background.

I have this KM C552, the problem is where is supposed to be grey is pink, and after I calibrated it will remain ok for 4 or 5 days after that it will turn pink again.
I have change the PWB-EE Assy, and the magenta IU, i have even uppgrade the firmware to the latest B8 but no use. Just a couple of minutes ago my customer call telling me that the problem is back.
Now what is the next step.
i sent some examples. Nr 0 before calibration.

Have you tried printing with a different driver and a different application when its doing that? I've had issues with different versions of cs3 and most adobe software.

If you run all your halftones how do they look? Probably not a M problem, but one of the others that is not present. I would run all halftones, at full 255 then about 125, ans 75. See how they come out.

Look at sample #1 RGB black column. it should not be fading to pink. Not your magenta Iu acting up. It is the black fading off. Did the black IU dump? Whats The counters?

              Hi
It looks like magenta in highlight is high. Red strip shows magenta instead of red, this is possible if yellow is low but green dows not show high cyan. This means magenta is high. Try adjusting magenta inhighlight mode in image quality adjustment.

the pic that ends with 0014 looks like a label is on the belt or under the xfer belt side bead or something, look in the upper right. what is that?
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
                        The medication helps though...
