HELP! C352 locks up when pressing "Scan" button

I went out to a C352 today that can Print, Copy and Fax. You can even "save in a user box" from the "Copy" mode and retreive a document from the "box" function. But when you push the "Scan" button, the control panel becomes unresponsive. It does not respond to any input from any of the keys or touch display. The only way to get it to unfreeze the machine is to turn off/on the main power switch.
Any ideas?

The first thing I would recommend is to upgrade the firmware.

The problem you desribe is listed on KM SSD site they say its a hard drive problem.

It turned out to be a HDD issue. Reformatting the HDD fix it. If it happens again, I'll replace the HDD.
