You have a problem with bias votage. First of all go to service code : status/counter/stop/0/0/stop/0/1. find AUTO ATDC. and green "go". Should help. if don't open the unit and clean all contact.

if your noise is anything like gears jumping then you will have to strip the imaging unit and clean out all the toner recycling pipes you will also find that sometimes the toner actually starts building up in the dev tank where the recycling pipe fits over so remember to clean out that part too, that is probably also why you are getting the error code.

just push the buttons in the order fidelio told you. After this, you should see on screen 'Service Mode', go to Functions -> ATDC Autoadjust.
