Print 80 pages, JAM 31-02

Print 50 Pages, Jam 31-02

Copy 100 pages, works great!

What the tarnation is going on here? COPY great! Print, NOT so great!

Big problem with these models was the ADU board, located under a cover on the transport slide-out area- when these malfunction, you will have plenty of J32 type issues. The concern here is J31, which is saying that the paper never made it to the fuser. I do not want to say it's the ADU board, but I have seen this board fail so often that it is my knee-jerk reaction to any jam problem with these models.
