Hi all,
We have a Konica 7832, which recently started giving us some troubles - when trying to print, machine waits a bit and then comes up with message "Check power and cable" and Ready/Message lighst starts flashing. When accessed via webbrowser through the office network, status monitor returns offline condition of the printer.
I believe this is probably related to the built-in RIP Server, which needs to be re-installed. The server versions is:
Fiery X3E 08C-M, version 2.0, REV. A
So, I am looking for the system software and would be extremely thankful to anyone who could help me bring this 7832 back to life.
