I bought the machine from wholesaler. machine was taken off base and moved. Was unable to test so don't know if this was a problem before. Has 3 tray configuration. Tray 1 & 2 read 5.5 x 8.5 and will not change. Tray 3 shows correct paper size.No paper stuck behind trays blocking sensors. Everything looks fine with trays and all switches & sensors on inside frame. Any ideas appreciated

sensor arms could have been bent. I think you can swap the sensor banks in that unit. worth a shot.

Often the flimsy plate where the sensors are mounted gets bend to the rear of the machine. This happens especially after transporting of the upper unit.
Just pull/bend the plate back where it should belong.
