    Bizhub C250 No Cyan

Machine works fine, just does not produce ANY CYAN at all! No errors either. Very strange.

    Any ideas?

Check the cyan transfer roller in the transfer belt has not "popped" out of it's housing, next I would swap the cyan laser with another colour.

    Good luck
The gene pool could use a little chlorine.

          Hi there!
Another possibility is the HV-Board. Had a machine where the contacts are not in the correct position.
          Greetings...

We had a similar problem some years ago where the laser was not pointed at the drum because the base where it sat was bent. If you replace the laser with a known working one, that's one thing to check.

I'd go with the HV , no charge strips the toner and dev out
