I have to lift up on the tab to open up the top of the feeder on the right and pull the original out when doing duplex/two-sided copies. Could it be the motor is failing when flipping the original? The copy does come out two-sided, so it is just not pushing the original out. HAve not opened it up yet. It feeds out originals on one-sided just fine.
