    CDC002 Error Code in C353

    Hi
    We had noise problem in C353 & Belt Assy. was not turning at all during initialization. Another Engineer replaced motor for same. Immediately after that we got CDC002 code. Manual description is as follows -
    Trouble related to security - Contact the responsible people of KMBT before taking some countermeasures.

    Does anybody faced this error? Any suggestions?

      Retrace the steps of the motor. Reseat your board connections. If it only happens after his service call I would start there.

              We have checked the motor & connections, wiring etc. many times by three different tech reps.
              Every thing looks fine. Anybody faced this problem? Please suggest.
