    Copy with dark background

    The developer of my machine Bizhub 600 is only 100,000 copies all my pieces are original to the toner but i dont know what to do. Does anyone have answers for that?

    There have been many posts and bullitens from KM on this. Your Developer is over toned. You might be able to run Sky shots to deplete toner. In Service mode there are a couple switches to change to lower your TCR ratio.

      I think you must change the dip switch 27 0,1,3,5,6,7,8 all to "1". Be sure set bit 2 & 4 to 0

        replace the main charge wires and grid, trans sep wires. even though the developer has 100k still might be contaminated. what is condition of drum? if dull with circumfrance scratches replace. Also if not oem toner or at one time bad toner was used might have to vaccum out whole toner recycle system and replace developer again this model seems to blow toner at about 200k no matter what

          Run skyshots until you can just see light through them and then run drum peculiarty. Not a really high tech solution, but it seems to work.
