KM601 Intermittently deletes part of image

Anybody had a problem with a KM601 intermittently deleting part of image when copying from glass.

have you witnessed this problem, sounds like it may just be reading 8.5x5.5 and cutting off the rest

Ya ive seen it happen. Even with machine set to default A4 tray at 1.00 zoom. It probably is misreading size as all pages from that scan will be half deleted, but the next original of exactly the same size will come out fine
