    [CQ] 6501 patchy colour variation

Hi I've got a 6501 the yellow seems patchy and inconsistent on prints and copies

front to back uneven, if I even it up via coronas and control panel unevenness adjustment it's ok for 1 or 2 copies then goes uneven again, the yellow also seems to band as well

I've replaced dev unit, dev, drums (all),transfer belt and colour reg and gamma assy
put the machine through the full recommended setup

I'm thinking about transfer belt assy next (the whole thing)

    any ideas

they show up the problem more

Line 1 is lower resolution and hides most defects on prints but that doesn't help with this issue

          thanks for replying though

Just wondering,,are the electrical installation is correct in the customer? because you say that you already try to replace all the imaging process unit..I have some experience in field like that just a few months ago, when I check again the ground of the engine after suffer from not getting solve the problem after replacing whole imaging process and checking the fiery system, the ground of the electric yes indeed achieve a great number that I'm sure making the engine is unconsistent (around 20 to 50, suppose in 0 number), then I ask the customer to repair the electrical installation in it, and till now the problem is gone

                Re: 6501 patchy colour variation

                Try DipSw 3-0 = 1, it helps..
