This machine only can non-stop sign drum life time. Can we set off the sign like bishub 350 ?

You are correct. low toner message yes, out of toner message no.

if you want to leave the low toner message on. Then you will need to changed some software switches.
Switch 51
Drum Bit 4 0x00 is default(on) turn this to 0x10 to turn off
Developer Unit Bit 5 0x00 default turn this to 0x20
Developer Bit 6 0x00 default turn this to 0x40
Fusing Bit 7 0x00 default turn this to 0x80

Our customers (with contracts) always have an extra toner, so we just shut off the reminder.
