    Di-2510 C0010 bent gear pin

Is there a part number for the whole unit, the shaft for the center gear is whacked to the side. Any idea why it got torqued so bad? I couldn't see anything else wrong with it.
CH19 of parts guide, bracket assy #4030-0214-02 (now is -03 I believe). Bad solenoid?

toner drive unit. #4030-0788-00. We have 2 theories. couple of times customer put wrong toner in machine. Smashed the drive unit and bent shaft. Early models tho had enuff play that an E-clip would come off and then the wobble started and then things would just come apart.

Yes, we have had customers put the wrong toner in and caused this.

its a pain in the butt. but I ordered individual parts and keep one of these in stock with me in my car stock. if you have to pull it all apart in the field. just to get the unit out is a bitch.. you need time and patience to pull that unit apart and replace the back piece. I have had customers somehow not get the toner bottle in all the way>? it will do it also. gosh aweful noise. they immediately know they did wrong. gotta lova customers
