Hi anyone out there please help me with the issue my client has.
They run Mac OS.X 10.6 and latest 35C-4 drivers v 5.45
They recently upgraded their File Maker to v.11 service pack 3.
When they print through standard generic MAC driver it works fine. As soon as they use DEVELOP Generic 35c-4 driver it crashes the file maker.
Any suggestions? Obviously client needs to use the functions like BW printing, A3, play with colour and paper sizes and thickness. basically the full features of the driver.
Any help would be really appreciated and kudos to you.
Would Konica Minolta 35c-4 work better? they almost the same engines. Konica is just usig Page scope app.
