c220 message will not clear

machine sees finisher, but there is no finisher attached. messages are: hole punch, Z Fold, Z fold not possible. message also comes up to say it only prints B& W although it does print colour.
tried all normal reset procedures, but cannot get it cleared

Is this the original issue, or something that occurred after you did something else...ie replaced OACB, HDD, swapped nvram from another MFP etc. Have you done a initialization through service mode? Are any of these "not available" messages related to something isolated in service mode? Emujo

Changed main board ,due to power surge and tried different hard drive to try delete message ,and disconnected battery on nvram overnight,message still remains.Machine working, message remains.

Did the unit work properly before you changed "main board"? Did you swop over any piggyback pwbs on this main board?
