[CQ] Bizhub Pro 950 Light Copies

Pro 950 with about 40K on it. Copies are light, black test pattern 01 looks washed out or splotchy. Looks like a transfer problem, swapped out Transfer corona unit and HV power pack, no change. Image on the drum looks solid black. Any ideas? Don't have a lot of experience with this product, any help is much appreciated. Thanks

your developer crashed, replace the developer powder, have had 2 machines do the same thing with only 25k copies on it.

Just make sure the toner is feeding freely from the toner hopper (I had one clog up on me) particularly if temperature/humidity is high... Also make sure the wire cleaners on the t/s unit havent moved away from home, they can do this and push the wires down slightly which can cause quality/jamming issues..
