Konica minolta c500 pro fake jam code after paper exits

Reposting this without the finisher code that i previously posted it with.
I removed the finisher and the i still have the same problem. The machine is giving a jam indicator, as soon as the copy leaves the machine. It tells you to open lever #11 and roll "b" roller. There is no paper there as it has already exited. Any clues?

You need in 25 mode DIPSW11 bit 7 set to 1. After this you will see jam code on display.

Sounds like it either is a sticky actuator, or maybe the sensor is shorting out. I would look for a actuator first, the spring can come unhooked or bent sometimes causing that sort of problem in general.

After the fixing paper exit sensor
(PS17) is turned ON, reverse paper exit
sensor (PS19) is not turned ON within
            the specified time.

check (ps19) to make sure that it is functioning correctly. it will be located on the left hand side of the fuser below the ducurler rollers when you pull out the process tray. you may also have a timing issue to where the fuser loop is not set correctly.

              Same problem with my C500..
I swapped even ADU Unit....but still code appears...I changed to face up in exit option in copy mode and works....
Even the face up option activated..with controller has the same problem...So... when print a document I change face up option in finishing mode...and machine works
I am thinking is firmware problem...I dont have files at this time....I will try next week when I got the files
