7022 Will not pull any paper from any tray incl. bypass.

This is a problem machine thats been haunting us for a while with this strange issue...

The machine will ghost jam from all trays as soon as you hit the start key to make a copy. Every time and all the time.

I have replaced the PF clutch, PF gears and the shaft holder assy for both trays. This is not a mechanical problem because the PF motor M9 does not even come on( even in 47 mode) Everything thing else checks out: Dev motor, main, clutches, solenoids etc. We even swapped the Dev and PF motor around - NC. The PRCB does seem to be the next place to check but we did not find any blown ICPs. Any ideas?

Open ICP on the PRCB.

We just solder replacement pico fuses across the open ICPs and insulate.

Thanks for the reply. We found the problem. The board was fine. ICPs check out. However 24v never makes it to the motor but 5v does.. 24v present at the board where the CN is. Looks like it's the wiring harness was at fault. However we just pulled the machine out of the field yesterday. It's going to the scrap pile now.
