What weight heavy stock? (If giving poundage, what type: Bond, Index, Cover, etc; Coated or Uncoated)
    What tray?
    What setting?
    What total copy count?
    Any problems with plain stock?
Are you an end-user or technician?

    You got problem?

        So...
Attempt to print anything, machine pops a C3201...
Simply select Thick1 for any tray, the machine pops a C3201...

        Possible, M11 Fuser Drive problem.
Check connectors at motor & at PRCB.
To troubleshoot, M11 is interchangeable with M1 Drum Drive. If a motor problem C2202 fault will present.
If not, look to PRCB as bad component.

Before doing any of this, I'd remove and closely inspect fuser and fuser drive.
Gears and bushings have been known to fail, causing sieze.

That's all I got for now without answers to my questions, my friend.
