[Error Code] C-0098 on bizhub C350

    Hi all,
my customer has a Konica Minolta Bizhub C350 wich is showing error C-0098.
I take a look on the fuser and the white gear, located down on the left, is broken.
There is any chance to change the only gear?
The fuser unit itself looks in great condition, i don't think to change the whole fuser unit instead of a single gear...

The Pressure/Retraction gear on the fuser itself is broken?

    Very odd.

If the gear's available, it would be third party aftermarket.

Very uncommon. I've got dozens of these machines in the field and have never seen that gear cause a problem. Plenty of other problems with the fusers, but never had that gear break.

I must need to work on my rep...
Did I not say it was odd?

I did have a C450 fuser recently snap my machine fuser drive shaft (that was a fun job). I found metal shavings from what looked like a disintigrated bearing internal to the fuser... So, it's conceivable something seized to break your gear.

I have no idea where you'd find parts to rebuild a fuser.
