Solid Cyan Line goes across sheet -Konica Minolta C5501

Hello all,

I am getting a solid line (Cyan) going from one end of the sheet to the other. I would think this isn't something that needs to be cleaned. See attached image. Any suggestions. Konica Minolta C5501

the transfer roller sure got the same line right?
my first action, clean up the transfer roller.
then imaging unit cyan
