Bizhub 750 - intermittant jams in fusing exit/conveyance area?

Anyone else ever had this issue? Can't seem to find anything obvious and I can stand there and pump 500 copies through the machine with nothing happening. Copies seem to crumple in the exit area of the fuser now and again giving 3205/6 jam codes? Very intermittant which makes it even more annoying!

    Help?!

Sounds like PS37 is either dirty or failing. J3206 is a jam showing during "idling" at PS37 and J3205 is PS37 not turning off after paper exit. I would clean PS37 first, if that doesn't work then replace it
    Hope this helps.

Hi Darren, thanks for the information. I did notice that PS37 was slightly loose so it may be something to do with that after all. Bloody annoying fault!

Also look at turnover section for nick/cuts to mylars, damaged fingers on exit guide, 600 UFR accidently used vice 750, stalled web cleaner, and if finisher is installed nicks/burs on staple inlet guide (clear plastic guide).Emujo

In the fusing exit side, I believe there is a black foam roller and some one-way bearings on a couple of shafts. Look for rust on bearings and wear on foam roller.

check the upper entrance guide to the fuser. it is movable whenever you loosen the screws. lift the plate as high as it can go and screw it back in. also make sure the conveyance lift switch is towards the right unless you are running thick paper
