wierd how the counters mode will not count this particular trouble code. the service book says to see the associated service handbook for options. it is a paper source option vertical transport cooling fan motor malfuction. i did get it working this morning. but if I ran paper out of the top tray it still did it. it has the pf 115 on it. and I avoided it. i cleaned fans and it started working. but it is intermittent. have you guy's ran across this one on the di 470? thanks
