Plz. Somebody. Anybody. C352 no light from display/op. panel

    What's up all ?
Plz., no light from bulb. Contrast only does just that. Makes LCD ELEMENTS ON SCREEN GET DENSEER, (more visible & fade away when VR turned opposite. If it's not the op-panel then WHAT ???

I think there is actually a lamp in the display, its the bit under the touch display with (White casing) that needs to be replaced.

Not the lamp. Changed 2 then op panel. If not the panel or the bulb nor the ribbon cable, then...?

Check the connection of the silver connector on the right side of the machine. Sometimes give problems.

Seems ok. It's only the display lamp that's effected. Nothing else. Contrast dims & brightens the LCD bits but no light

Likely blown icp on scanner board if you can see the screen but it's not backlit. Either repair the icp or replace the scanner board iirc.

            Regards!

Yeah, hard to describe the icp exactly but if you've had dealings with them before you'll know what to check.

                Regards!
