are you using new out of the box, genuine toners ?

the cartridges that come with the machines when new do not have new article detection boards attached to them and will not work ever again on any other machine or the same one once the machine has passed the first toner exchange request.

KonMin has an update for the rails but I ran into more of the seals blocking the toner path. Seems they don't get locked into place correctly. Check the window on the IU unit and see if it is full. We normally SHAKE the crap out of the IU to try to recover it. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.
