You have a bad FNS board and /or a slow M5 motor in your finisher. I had to replace both. Make sure you have updated parts list for your FNS as the numbers have changed.

I almost ordered these parts today, but I looked up the code in Lotus Notes and stumbled across a different solution. There was scraps of paper jammed in the paper path just before where the paper goes into the stacker. I was lucky to discover that because I was there last week and printed over 150 pages with no problem. The customer said it would jam as soon as I leave. Well, when I tested it last week, I didn't use the stacker (stapling and sorting), but when I left, they did.
