im having a problem with email on a konica minolta C252, i place 5 originals in adf and it sends 5 seperate emails instead of 1 5 page email. can anyone help me with this.

There are 2 things that can cause this:
1. Go into your scan settings, then file type and see if the files are set to single pages. If they are, then change it to multiple pages. If this can't be selected, see 2.
2. Your HDD has been turned off from the service mode, a firmware upgrade has turned off the HDD or you dont have an HDD period.Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
