hai i have one problem in konica minolta c352 that machine power light and start key red light only indicated on that panel. then no moment on that machine. i am checked power supply board. any one have idea for this? thank u.

You may have to flash it. Or you could have a bad main board.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it. -

Happened to me the same thing on a C352. In the end it was the fault of the hard disk.
If your client does not use the scanner can also leave the machine without. (Disconnecting and disabling it)... In the minute that you're thinking of giving up, think about why you lasted so long ...Comment

I recently had an issue with a c352 where when turned on the control panel lcd backlight would not illuminate and the KM logo was all that ever came up on the LCD (barely visible) and nothing else happened.
it was the PWB-M board blown and replacement solved the problem instantly.Comment
