    [Jamming] C6500 Jamming, Jamming, Jamming

We have a C6500 with a constant jamming problem. I happens when it goes to the Duplex tray. It only happens on 20lbs and sometimes 28lbs paper. Cardstock prints perfectly. After careful inspection, is seems the page is slightly shifted after the fuser just after the paper enters the duplex tray. We have also completely disassembled and reassembled the duplex try, cleaned and replaced all rollers and everything seems to be alright. Any suggestions on something we might have overlooked?

    Thanks for reading.

Lots of copies on it I'm willing to bet? I've seen the finger acctuator just below the fuser (duplex entrance) wear out and cause all kinds of funky jams. If it looks like a finger rather than a chisel then its bad.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Thanks, everything seems to be okay. Now we just have a wrinkle issue.
