I have a c450 that as been doing this: (see image) SKMBT_C45011101417480.jpg but this only happen when i make photocopies in black, but when printing from computer or photocopying in color mode doesn't occurred this problem. What do you think it is? thanks!

What is the image supposed to be? Are you copying something or is it a sample of background on a white paper?
If there is an image not printing in black mode you may have a failed black CCD.Sorry, I do not have a cat in my avatar. -

Problem solved. I just change the IU and solve the problem. It was a chipped IU that broken in a sudden.Comment
