Easy fix. Clean the print heads and clean them well. Problem sovled. Cleaning the print heads is covered in the key op manual that can be downloaded for free from Konica's web site.Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder.
They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it. -

print head = laser slit glass to the rest of the the copier world. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
