BizHub 420 with code C-3902

Anyone seen this code? I'm heading there today and do not have my manual with me. Solutions/desciption of problem would be welcomed.

Next time remember that all bizhubs have a list and a description of trouble codes in tech rep under the counters tab....

You're right.
You can see the trouble code in Service Mode.

Thanks for replies. I found the code on the web. My customer is an hour away (one way) and I hate going there blind. Anyways, trouble reset worked.
