C6500 Ghosting on the Cyan Drum?

    [CQ] C6500 Ghosting on the Cyan Drum?

    I have a C6500 and am having 2 issues 1) Looks like ghosting or residual image on the Cyan Drum that is transferring to the next page, 2) Scatterd vertical lines in C, M, & Y not on every page but spread throughout the print job. Seems to go away if I change the Quality from high to normal. Any help would be great up on a deadline of today and still need quite a few books completed. Thanks in advance for the help.

      Not a new drum I take it? You might need to clean the coronas. How much longer till the PM is due?
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
