Bizhub pro c6500 fixing on 300gr cardstock paper problem

    Hello ppl,
Need an advise for a bizhub pro c6500.
When printing many sheets on 300 gr cardstock, the first 4-5 sheets are good, after that a number of sheets are very bad with toner not properly fixed and then again 4-5 sheets are good and so on.
The problem does not exist on thinn paper.
Yes, the selections of paper are right.
I have tried diferent temperatures on fuser, but the problem persist.
    Any ideeas?

I have same problems on 6500 and 6501, especially where there are large areas of black. Sometimes it is because the fuser belt is dirty, or even the belt surface starts to peel (See my post "6500/6501 fuser belt lifespan") In my case this occurs 1-2 cm from the edge of the page (long edge) I have also changed three fuser lamps (large one) and found that there is a black mark (burn mark) inside the lamp where the filament is touching the glass.
If the above are ok, try reducing the speed through the paper settings.
My problem occurs not only on 300gm. stock, but on all weights down to 135gm.

Oh I have a temporary fix for this problem.

Enable the gloss feature in the properties. That should raise the temperature. Also, if you can access the technician menu, make sure the tray is calibrated and set to that cardstock. That should raise the temperature for that paper, just dont forget to change it back. You can also manually adjust the temperature higher but I don't reccommend playing with it. But as it was said before, best to stay away from that thick cardstock. If you must use it, use uncoated stock, the toner will adhere better.
