Biz361 not printing.

    Biz361 not printing.

    Customer has a 361 that will print only after they cycle power. When I check the print queue it says printing, but data light is not lit. I turn it off/on.. everything prints. All other functions test good. Any ideas?

      Seen this before, with mine I had to turn off all unused protocols / services on machine, something floating on the network caused it to kill printing after being hooked up to their network for a few minutes, if I used a crossover cable and my laptop I could print all day long. And there weren't any IP conflicts I could see.

          If authentication is on , it may be someone trying to send without authentication , have seen this happen.Only way to find out who is to use a " Sniffer " program to find the ip address of the offending computer.

              Thanks copytechman, I turned all unused protocols off and it's all better.
