I ordered UNIT CHANGE IMAGE COULD NOT SEND ANY FILE TO PRINT, AS WAS LOCKED, YOU HAVE CHANGED THE CHIPS UNITS, took off on the display, BUT THEN GETS READY TO PRINT.
PLACES TO SEND A FILE ERROR C-FD07, THIS IS NOT ERROR, PLEASE TURN ON THE MACHINE AND DOES NOT SEEM TO NORMAL HEATING CYCLE AS THOSE SECONDS BEFORE AND STAYS IN PRINT LIST, BUT AT THE ENVA FILE, return error, and I have no way of knowing what is.
