Bizhub C352 Scan Skew

Anyone ever seen one of these skew on the scan? Print out is fine, it just skews the image off the glass or through ADF.

We found most did out of the box.

We performed the mechanical scanner skew adjustment which involved loosening the front cable clamp on the moving lamp / mirror assembly and moving it back or forth upto 5mm then tightening on almost every one. Naturally after getting this perfect then mechanical adjustment of the adf was done.

Perfection is possible with enough patience and stuffing around. Oh and i always used genuine km test charts to test.

Hello,
I also have a skew on a c 352, off the glass it's fine on all drawers, the skew only happens through the document feeder. I tried adjusting the right rear hinge which is the only skew adjustment I could find. I also adjusted the height but still skews on copies and scans. thanks
