C452 with J72-43 error

Got a biz C452 after 8 months working ok,suddenly coming up with J72-43 error when punching, manual indicates punch home position, have tried another brand new punch unit, without success...anyone had this, going back now to check the PS sensors in the conveyance unit, but cant see it being them as when not punching, the m/c works fine

well i think i've solved it, luckily the customer is right next door, i found a TAD ref a PK516,,,the customer had a PK517, it says that when setting them up, dont select "EU4 holes", which is what i had done, as soon as i selelcted "2/4 holes" it started working...unfortunately, it doesn't state this in the set up instructions, and it's taken about 8 months to go wrong
