1 Check the cable and connector for proper
connection and correct as necessary.
2 Change PH unit.
3 Change PRCB.

It will be the printhead and it is a bitch to change. The ribbon snakes through the machine. Last time I had that code , it came up on 2 machines within a week and I had just sold 3 of them to this customer. I felt I got a bad batch and called and had Konica replace all 3 of them.

definitely laser or (print head) is it under warranty, KM will warranty it if it is?
