[CQ] BH C200lite colour printing as BW

Hi All,

I have a C200 BH that sometimes prints a colour document as black and white.

I sent a colour print 1 page 20 times to the printer and 2 prints came out in BW.

it seems to be approx every 10th print job changes to BW allthough no changes are made to the driver.

I tested also via cross over cable with my laptop to eliminate the customers network and got the same results.

Anyone had this before/solution??

i have had similar issues on other machines, where certain documents would never print as black and white even if demanded to do so in every single way possible.

what usually fixes it is switching from the PCL driver to the PS or vise versa, no harm in having both installed.

No idea what causes it.
